1 room apartment in Copenhagen NV

I’m renting out my apartment while I’m away travelling. It’s listed on Airbnb. I’m interested in renting it out for the entire period, from November 28 to March 14, 2027. The price for the whole period is DKK 37,985, which works out to approximately DKK 10,750 per month. I’d like to meet the people who’ll be staying in my apartment before I agree to rent it out. Of course, you’re welcome to view the apartment.
