3 room apartment in Copenhagen

We are subletting our apartment in Brønshøj from 1 October (or 1 November) until 1 August 2027. The apartment is located close to Brønshøj Torv. The rent is DKK 6,464.16 per month, plus DKK 700 as an advance payment for heating, and the deposit is three months’ rent paid in advance. The apartment has three rooms and is approximately 65 square metres. It is being sublet furnished (excluding the baby items).
