12 m² room in Copenhagen

I am renting a room from the 1 of November at Amager, 13 minutes from the central station with bus 5C. There is a furnished room, and there is a washing mashine in the apartment. I live my self in the apartment too and have a nice cat, soo I hope you like cats. I prefer a smoker or otherwise I can smoke on the balcony. The rent is 5200kr a month and one month deposit.
